Information for your trip:
- A security deposit of $200.00 per person at check in is required for guests under 25 yrs old. The deposit will be refunded at check out after room inspection, provided no damages, evictions, theft or destruction of hotel property.
- All money/deposits are forfeited for any eviction or early check out.
- We accept credit cards provided the cardholder is a registered guest.
- Cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival for the hotel.
Cancellation policies for the condos are 14 days prior to arrival.

Side View – sleeps 4 people – has 2 queen beds with a partial kitchenette; free Wifi, 1 parking spot, large balcony, and daily housekeeping service.
May 30 – June 3, 2021: Rates starting at $600.00 for a 5 night stay.
June 6 – June 10: Rates starting at $699.00 for a 5 night stay.
2020 seniors:
We offer a weekly rate for the condos- sleeps up to 10 people – 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and laundry room, large private balcony, free Wifi, and 2 parking spots.
May 28 – June 4, 2021: $1999.00 for a 7 night stay
June 2021: $3,200 for a 7 night stay
